How Your Flight Booking Works
At Sauerkraut-Travel, you will first receive non-binding flight offers. Only after you have selected your preferred option, reviewed the reservation, and confirmed the booking, payment will be requested and the ticket issued.
1. Submit Your Request
Send us your travel request using our contact form or by email.
2. Receive Flight Offers
We will prepare suitable flight options and send them to you by email without obligation.
3. Select Your Preferred Flight
Once you have chosen an offer, we require the passenger details for all travelers (full name as shown in the passport, date of birth, and gender) in order to create a flight reservation.
4. Review Your Reservation
We create the reservation and send you the booking details for review. At the same time, you will receive all applicable fare conditions, including change, cancellation, and refund policies.
5. Confirm and Pay
After reviewing the reservation, you confirm the booking and receive a secure payment link for full payment.
6. Ticket Issuance
Once payment has been received, the airline ticket is typically issued on the same day. Your e-ticket(s) and invoice will then be sent to you by email.
Important Notice
Airline tickets are generally issued on the same business day payment is received. Customer funds are not held for extended periods before ticket issuance.
